Which Lottery Team would Michael Beasley improve the most?
Beasley is the best player in America, and if he enter the 2008 draft, he should be rewarded with the first overall pick. With that being said, I wanted to pose a question. Which potential lottery team would improve the most with Beasley's services?
Imagine a Wade and Beasley combination in South Beach. How do you feel about a Beasley/Jefferson frontcourt in Minnesota? I'm sure Durant and Beasley would have that whole "DC Area" connection in Seattle. Let me hear your thoughts. Here are the most-likely candidates...
- Sonics
- Heat
- T-Wolves
- Clippers
- Grizzlies
- Knicks
- Bucks
- Bobcats
- Bulls
- Kings
I don't know about you, but I'd buy a Beasley Bulls Jersey in a heartbeat :)

Beasley
I've never believed in the philosophy of taking the best player available... I think so much depends on a teams physical needs and overall chemistry.
IMO, the Knicks have no identity... this is a team who at one point had Starbury, Stevie Franchise and Little Nate Robinson on their team. I'm not really sure they know what to do with themselves and can actually see them wasting Beasley's talents if they drafted him.
The Clippers must operate under the pretense that Brand comes back strong... Kaman has played great this year and Josh Powell has showed signifigant improvement over the past couple of weeks. Al Thornton is proving that he was worth being a lottery pick. They need help at the point; Cassell is too old and Brevin Knight looks like anything but a basketball player.
I think with the way Al Jefferson is playing right now, drafting Beasley can potentially change the dynamic of this Wolves team offensively that in recent weeks looks like they finally understand their gameplan.
That being said, I like the way he would fit on the Heat, Bucks and Grizzlies.
